Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Chickadee Bandit account and associated data.
Delete from the mobile app
Open Chickadee Bandit and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Review what will be affected, enter your password, and type your email address to confirm.
Delete from the web
Sign in and open Account & Security settings, then select Delete account.
If you cannot sign in, email support@chickadeebandit.com from the address on your account and ask us to begin deletion.
What happens next
Deletion has a 7-day grace period. We email a cancellation link when the request is scheduled. When the grace period ends, your account and associated personal data are permanently removed, including files. If you administer a shared household, another adult may be offered the opportunity to take it over before that household is deleted.
